I have examined the accompanying Oroindure, entitled

An Ordinance to amend the Public Health and Build-

-ings Ordinances 1905-1908

and l'am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

This Ordinance effects certain further necessary amend-

-ments in the Public Talth and Buildings Ordinances 1903-1908.

Sections 2 and 4. The se amendments are required conse-

-quent on the control of market buildings now by the Sanitary

Department.
